Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Femchic offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time: 6–11 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, contact us at support@femchic.shop.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@femchic.shop. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, email us at support@femchic.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for your request. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Femchic will cover the return shipping cost. For other return reasons, including ordering the wrong size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If available, we can exchange an eligible item for a different size or color of the same product. Contact us first at support@femchic.shop so we can confirm availability and guide you through the process.

What products do you sell?
Femchic specializes in women's dresses, including mini dresses, maxi dresses, sun dresses, wrap dresses, and other everyday and occasion styles.
How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. We recommend comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements to the listed size chart for the best fit.
Do your dresses run true to size?
Most of our dresses are designed to fit true to size. However, fit may vary depending on the fabric and cut, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart on the product page before purchasing.
How should I care for my dress?
Care instructions may vary by item. Please check the garment care label and any care details listed on the product page before washing or ironing your dress.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our checkout system.
Is my payment information secure?

Will I be charged sales tax?
