Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and straightforward.
1. Return Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
Items that do NOT qualify for return:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include in your message: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Femchic covers the return shipping cost.
- All other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Femchic is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3โ5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and specify the desired replacement item in your email.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@femchic.shop with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund โ whichever you prefer.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Email us at support@femchic.shop with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our standard return process.
