At Femchic, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and completely free of charge. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders — no minimum order value required. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Femchic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@femchic.shop.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@femchic.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will issue a replacement or refund where eligible.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Femchic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at support@femchic.shop — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
